We are happy to provide FREE shipping within Canada and U.S. with MINIMUM SPEND of $200 CAD or $147 USD (before taxes and duties). 

Otherwise flat rate of $25 CAD and $25 USD

Our products are available in USD and CAD only, as currently we are only shipping within Canada and U.S.

Ready to Ship: Please allow 7-10 days for both processing and delivery unless additional time line is stated in the product's description.

Rush Order: If you require a rush order, please email us to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Custom Orders: Please allow around 2 weeks to process and 7-10 days to deliver

If for any reason the provided address is incorrect, we will try our best to rectify the error with the shipping company. However, we are not liable for the contents of the shipment and are not obligated to give you a refund.

All sales are final sale.No refunds, no exchanges.

We put immense efforts in making sure that you receive the product in perfect condition as beautiful as you would expect it to be.

In the unlikely event that we make a mistake or defect occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility and will rectify the situation. In this case, please reach out to us within no more than 48 hours of receiving your order.

Professional dry clean only. For ironing, use steamers.

We leave enough space in our pieces (1.5"-2 " on both sides) for altering it to a size up.

We offer custom alterations too. Please reach out for alteration requests.

Canada: Sales tax will be charged according to the province of delivery. No duties.

U.S.: Order will be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis, and may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. Customers will be responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
